Leslie studied fine arts at Syracuse University where she received her BFA degree. She also studied at NYC’s New School and Ithaca College. She enjoys the process of coming up with new ideas and working to create the final product, using a variety of mediums. She works in stained glass, paint and whatever she has on hand. Repurposing different objects into new craft projects is always a fun challenge.
Her works have been exhibited at various galleries and select local art shows over the years. As of March 2014, Leslie has a piece in the permanent collection at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York City.
